10 is perfection, and is almost unattainable. Anything below a 6 is undrinkable.
My friend gave me a 16oz. can of Snow Tire Hazy IPA from New Trail Brewing Co. to try. Free beer is always good……..
Poured in the glass, it has a small, foamy, white head that dissipates quickly. It has a cloudy, blonde appearance and looks great in the glass.
There is an inviting, bright and fresh citrus-hop aroma with wisps of pine. The first sip of this brew, I get citrus upfront, with a welcomed grapefruit layer. There is also an earthy taste and a biscuit and cereal notes from the malt. On the finish, I detect a slight hop spice that makes you go back for another sip. This is a very enjoyable beer.
