That’s some nice head!
I have to start out by saying that Yards Brewing Company is one of my favorites. They brew some great beers. And one of those beers is their Philadelphia Pale Ale.
This beer has a nice large foamy head when pour into a pint glass from the bottle. It has good head lacing and dissipates slowly.It has a gold color and has nice clarity.
There is a citrus and floral aroma and a nice barley/malt taste. The malt taste is not up front and is balanced well with the hop. The initial flavor is the hops followed by the malt.
It has a nice crisp and clean taste and is refreshing. It is well-balanced and is one that you could easily have a couple in a row and not get bored with. This is a great beer.
ABV= 4.6%
