I love pale ales!! Light in body, nice hop flavor and refreshing to drink. A beer for all seasons. And Extra Pale Ale from Flying Fish Brewing Company is a great pale ale.
After the beer was poured it had an average head, was white in color with a foamy texture. The brew has a nice amount of carbonation a nice clear body clarity and a yellow color.
Biscuit, gains and floral hops are the aromas that I pick up on this pale ale. Upon tasting the beer, I again pick up the biscuit notes along with nice piney notes from the hops that are throughout the taste. A slight lemon taste also come through and the taste ends with a nice clean finish.
The Extra Pale Ale from Flying Fish Brewing Company is an enjoyable beer to drink. I have bought cases of this beer many times and it will most definitely be purchased again in the future.
